Our company provides digital marketing services including but not limited to search engine optimization (SEO), social media management, content marketing, email marketing, and website development.

All services are provided based on the terms agreed upon in a separate service agreement or contract between the client and 5 Core Digital Marketing.

Fees and Payments

The fees for our services are outlined in the service agreement or contract signed by both parties.

Payment terms and methods will be specified in the service agreement or contract.

Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of services.

Intellectual Property

Any content, designs, logos, or other materials created by 5 Core Digital Marketing as part of the services provided shall remain the intellectual property of 5 Core Digital Marketing unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

The client agrees not to use, reproduce, or distribute any materials provided by 5 Core Digital Marketing without prior written consent.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or confidential information disclosed during the term of the service agreement or contract.

This includes but is not limited to business strategies, client lists, and financial information.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability, and the liability of our affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and suppliers, for any claims arising out of or related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid by the client to us for the services rendered.

Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement or contract upon written notice if the other party breaches any material term of the agreement and fails to remedy the breach within a reasonable period of time.

Upon termination, the client shall pay any outstanding fees owed to 5 Core Digital Marketing for services rendered up to the termination date.

Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of California, USA.

Modifications

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or notifying clients directly.
